Lauren Conrad's Ultimate Valentine's Day Outfit Guide

Valentine’s Day is almost here and love is definitely in the air. It’s also made its way into my wardrobe. Lately, I’ve been wearing lots of blush, pink, and feminine florals. So with that in mind, I thought I would put together a style guide for this romantic holiday. Whether you have a dinner with your besties or a romantic evening with someone you love, having the right outfit for the occasion is always important! So without further ado, here are my favorite pieces to wear to celebrate this love-filled holiday.
Embroidered Swing Dress
Marchesa Voyage Embroidered Swing Dress ($455)
I love the vintage feel of this Marchesa Swing Dress. It’s elegant and romantic—and would make for the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner outfit.

Lilian Silk Pajama Set
Equipment Lilian Silk Pajama Set ($310)
Celebrating Valentine’s Day with a cozy evening in sounds pretty good to me. This pretty floral pair of silk pajamas is equal parts cozy and chic. They’ll also be perfect for breakfast in bed!

Scalloped Ballet Flats

LC Lauren Conrad Scalloped Ballet Flats ($40)
These scalloped ballet flats from my LC Lauren Conrad line are romantic, comfortable, and very affordable. Because why wear heels if you don’t have to?

Crystal Bud Earrings
J.Crew Crystal Bud Earrings ($33)
I’m not a huge earring person, but I’ve recently starting wearing them on occasion. I love these pretty pink beauties for Valentine’s Day. They’re feminine, romantic, and oh-so-pretty.

Signature Blouse

Equipment Signature Blouse ($218)
This fitted blush blouse is a go-to piece in my wardrobe. It can be worn with skinny jeans, a skirt, or a trouser pant! The options are endless, and always chic. And the pretty blush color is also perfect for a subdued Valentine’s Day look.

Elsie Suede Pumps
J.Crew Elsie Suede Pumps ($245)
If you ask me, the perfect place to add a pop of color to your outfit is in your shoes. This pink pump is feminine and sophisticated, making it the ideal addition to your Valentine’s Day ensemble.

Lace Midi Skirt
LC Lauren Conrad Lace Midi Skirt ($37)
Have I mentioned how much I love lace? This pretty midi skirt from my LC Lauren Conrad line is perfect for a romantic evening out or a dinner with your girlfriends. It also won’t break the bank, so you can scoop it up in a few different colors.

Chateau Parka

J.Crew Chateau Parka ($365)
For those of you who live where the climate is still a bit on the chilly side, throw this coat over your fabulously chic outfit. This gorgeous blush is the perfect neutral for a coat—it will go well with anything you wear underneath.

Madison Evening Belles Taylin Clutch
Kate Spade New York Madison Evening Belles Taylin Clutch ($348)
How sweet is this pretty little clutch from Kate Spade? You can pair it with any Valentine’s Day outfit—plus, it will also add a lovely pop of color to your more neutral winter outfits.

Quartz Dress
Paper Crown Quartz Dress ($178)
I have a soft spot for lace and neutrals, which is why I plan on wearing this dress from my Paper Crown line all throughout February. This dress is not only perfect for your Valentine’s Day get-togethers, but it’s also the perfect versatile addition to your wardrobe.

Gals Sunglasses
Super Gals Sunglasses ($229)
I never leave my house without a pair of sunnies these days, and right now I’m loving this pink pair. Pretty appropriate for the month of February, right?
