All roads led to the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos on
Friday May 30, for the grand master of all indigenous concept in Africa – the 8th
edition of my heritage my pride and SISI-OGE the pride of Africa. This event
celebrates the Africa Heritage which is our symbol of pride and a veritable
tool for unity.
Miss Simisola Banjo a student of Lagos State University finally emerged winner of 2014 SIS-OGE
The event also served as a forum where the youths proudly
connect with their roots, gain insight on their origins and its relevance to
the society at large.
The SISI-OGE which was partnered by Nike Art Gallery, a
leading African art and fashion company in Nigeria was keenly contested by 15
awesome looking ladies witnessed huge turnout of African fashion experts,
Artists, and enthusiasts.
The audience were thrilled by the contestants as they
showcased most unique African fabrics styles and accessories to match.
The winners were however announced after a touch
scrutiny
